Terms and Conditions
The Gold Coast Party Cruise (QLD) Pty Ltd herein as “Party Cruise” hires its function vessel on the terms and conditions set out below:
Policy in General
This booking is NON-REFUNDABLE for any circumstances.
Notice of minimum 30 days is required for you if you cancelled this booking – full payment penalty apply subject to the Business Owner
This Booking may be schedule or transferred to another day ONLY if FULL payment received by the due date.
Gold Coast Party Cruise (QLD) Pty Ltd nor its employees shall NOT be liable for any death or personal injury to any passengers or any loss or damage to your property on our vessels or during any optional tour/s or activities as you knowledge that some of the activities have some risk factors. All cruises, time, itineraries, vessels are subject to change or substitution of vessels are at any time without notice due for any reason whatsoever, minimum numbers, weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. Due to Licensing regulation no alcohol can be taken on board vessel. Party Cruise reserves the right to use any photos from the cruise as promotional material. Must be 18+ with valid Government ID, we reserve the right to refuse entry.
Prices & Agreements
All Agreements and prices are subject to review and change – Subject to the Business Owner.
Food & Beverage
Corporate Drink Package All guests must purchase the same drink package –Responsible Service Alcohol (RSA) and House Policy no shot and serve 1 drink per customer at per time
Should your requirement change we reserve right to re-evaluate the prices. All Food and Drink Menu subject to review and change.
The Gold Coast Party Cruise is a fully licensed beverage venue, with two equipped bars over 4 levels.
Due to licensing conditions functions held at The Party Cruise must be catered for by the venue; this includes beverages. However, you are more than welcome to bring in your foods; cakes or cupcakes for birthdays at no charge.
Gift Voucher & Credit Note
Valid only as a credit for Party Cruise charge accounts, not redeemable for cash, Non-transferable. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other service or promotion. Must book 21 days in advance and subject to availability. Maximum Valid from 6 months or 12 months.
Entertainments
As a standard condition, adult entertainment will not be permitted at functions (Party Cruise) requiring an occasional licence. Should an applicant request adult entertainment be permitted at a function requiring an occasional licence, a submission demonstrating why the adult entertainment is in the public interest is required to be lodged. Please contact the Queensland Licensing for more info.
Private Charter & Bond
SECURITY BOND/ DEPOSIT – Non-Refundable for all bookings.
Private Charter – required minimum of $1,000.00 BOND and credit card in-print (Non-Refundable)
Please note the money will be taken for any damages caused by your guests or we’ll invoice you the Organiser/Company with 7 days term.
We, Party Cruise have authority to take money direct from this credit card provided as above for:
1. Any last minutes cancellation (minimum 30 days give notice plus any monies and non-refundable Bond)
2. Cancel without any notice
3. Any stolen goods and damages sustained at The Party Cruise Vessel by the organiser or the organiser’s client/s
4. Full payment received by the due date if not auto payment direct debit by this credit card
5. Any extra cleaning costs
6. Any bar tab set-up or verbally agreed by the organiser
7. Organiser BYO – Licensed security (Party Cruise House Policy required 50guests per guard) if not, we Party Cruise will provided the Licensed Guard/s then auto payment direct debit by this credit card
8. Organiser BYO – Entertainment/s i.e such as DJ/s; lighting and equipment if not, we Party Cruise will provided or hirer then auto payment direct debit by this credit card.
Credit Card Payment
All Credit Card Payment required 3-5% Surcharge if payments exceed $1000.00 or more.
Facilities
At all times the venue management will have exclusive control over the facilities, this includes but is not limited to, the bar operations, staffing and the BBQ, the PA and sound system.
Outsider Suppliers
All additional setup needs and suppliers required for the event must be pre-approved by us Party Cruise. All materials not belonging to The Party Cruise must be removed at the conclusion of the event. While we will endeavour to look after you as best we can, no responsibility will be taken by the venue for any lost or damaged items.
Minors
You (as the organiser) are responsible for all persons under the age of 18 attending your function. Guests under the age of 18 must be under adult supervision. The Party Cruise will not be responsible or liable for any damage or injury suffered to, by or in connection with children, including if children leave the premises or are not properly supervised by responsible adults. Consent Parents Form required to be signed by a responsible adult.
Stolen / Damaged Goods
Organisers are financially responsible for any stolen goods or damage sustained at The Party Cruise by the organiser, organiser’s guests, invitees or other persons attending the event. (We, Party Cruise have authority to take money direct from the Organiser’s credit card provided as above)
Force Majeure
Should The Party Cruise be prevented or substantially impeded from providing any services contemplated or confirmed due to circumstances beyond our control (eg ‘Acts of Gods’, power failure, etc), you will make no claim for loss or damage against The Party Cruise or any related entity or person and will not permit any party to make any claim through you.
Cleaning & Extra Costs
Additional cleaning costs may be incurred if your event requires more cleaning than what would reasonably be expected for a function of this kind. (We, Party Cruise have authority to take money direct from the Organiser’s credit card provided as above)
House Policy in General & RSA
The Party Cruise is committed to the responsible serving of alcohol in order to provide a safe and friendly environment for our guests and staff, and to abide by our legal obligations under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998.
Our staffs are RSA trained and the final decision in respect to RSA issues is theirs together with the venue managers and owners. Our responsibilities and rights include the following and we also seek your assistance in achieving our aim to provide the best possible experience for you and your guests.
– Minors will be required to be identified, and will not be served alcohol during the function.
– Water will be readily available for free at all times (Intoxicated Guests)
– Guests will be asked before glasses are topped up with alcoholic drinks.
– We reserve the right to limit the quantity of alcohol consumed by any particular guest.
– We reserve the right to close down the function if behaviour of guests becomes unacceptable.
– All guests are encouraged to have safe transport from the function.
– All guests are asked to respect our neighbours and encouraged to leave the premises in a manner that does not affect the amenity of the area.
– Party Cruise’s House Policy applies.
